With over 50 years of first-hand knowledge of Kenya, Viva Vipingo Ltd is a small, professionally run company offering quality beach houses for rent along the magnificent Kenya coastline. Concentrating our efforts in Vipingo and Kilifi, we offer everything from top-end luxurious, fully staffed, houses with all mod-cons and private swimming pools to typical Kenya holiday houses and bungalows. Most of our houses are on the beach front and many have their own private swimming pool. We will personally visit you at your holiday home and are on hand to help with any questions that may arise during your stay.

Most of the houses are owned by family friends and in all cases, we have visited, or even stayed in the homes so we will give you an honest assessment on which holiday house or beach villa that will best suit your requirements. As we live in Kenya we keep abreast of local developments such as new exciting restaurants and venues worth visiting so we can advise and help you plan your entire holiday to Kenya and offer our personal opinion on where, and where not, to go.

All of our houses have strict Covid-19 cleaning schedules in place, wherever possible the staff have been vaccinated and have to adhere to strict hand-washing and cleaning regimes.  All staff will wear masks when on the property and there will be hand-sanitisers and Dettol soap available for all to use.  We ask guests to respect our staff and keep socially distanced at all times whilst staying in the properties.
